Interpretation Services

Interpretation that carries meaning, not just words.

Whether you are running a conference, a training programme, a board meeting or a medical consultation, our interpreters are trained to preserve the tone, intent and precision of what is being said — in real time.

Not sure which type you need?

The two most common questions we hear are "what is the difference?" and "which one is right for my event?" Here is the simple version.

Simultaneous interpretation happens at the same time as the speaker. Interpreters work from a booth and the audience listens through headsets. It is ideal when the programme is continuous — conferences, keynotes, large events.

Consecutive interpretation happens after the speaker pauses. It suits shorter sessions and interactive settings — press briefings, business meetings, medical consultations, small workshops.

If you are unsure, tell us about the event and we will recommend the right format.

Quick guide

  • Large audience, continuous talks → Simultaneous
  • Bilateral meetings, Q&A, interviews → Consecutive
  • Full-day multi-track conference → Simultaneous (booth + team of two)
  • Small training with pauses → Consecutive
  • Medical consultation → Consecutive
What we offer

Interpretation services

Every engagement begins with a briefing so we can prepare terminology, agenda and delivery style before the day itself.

Simultaneous interpretation

Real-time interpretation delivered from a booth while the speaker is still talking. Audiences hear the interpretation through headsets with no pause in the programme. Best for conferences, keynotes, forums and full-day events.

  • Delivered by a team of two interpreters per language pair
  • We coordinate with your AV provider on booth and headset setup
  • Terminology and speaker notes reviewed in advance

Consecutive interpretation

The speaker pauses at natural intervals and the interpreter delivers the message in the target language. Suits meetings, interviews, negotiations, medical settings and small training sessions.

  • Note-taking discipline for accurate longer segments
  • Discreet, composed delivery in sensitive settings
  • No specialised equipment required

Conference interpretation

Full-service conference interpretation for professional summits, forums and international meetings — combining simultaneous or consecutive delivery with proper preparation and on-site coordination.

  • Pre-event briefings with organisers and speakers
  • Comfortable working with production and AV teams
  • Consistent quality across long programme days

Business meeting interpretation

Interpretation for management meetings, board discussions, negotiations and cross-border business conversations — accurate, confidential and appropriate to the room.

Interpretation designed for the pace and energy of the training room — from leadership and sales programmes to personal development workshops. We keep the trainer's message and tone intact.

  • Preserves the trainer's voice, intent and delivery style
  • Handles Q&A, exercises and role-plays smoothly
